Magnificent location, efficient personnel with top notch service from valet to the General Manager. Small restaurant not too far from the hotel. A double room with an european feel. Excellent food at breakfast served in the restaurant.

The hotel was reasonably clean and chic, had cool views of downtown.

The view of the downtown from my well-organised and pet-friendly room was stunningly beautiful. It included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee and tea making equipment, and the bed was good.

The hotel was upscale, impeccable services provided, magnificent location to the Indigo restaurant. Booked a room with outstanding views of downtown. The bathroom we had included a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets and a tub. Had a comfortable time.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was gorgeous and fantastic. The staff was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating, as for 3-stars venue. The room was well-organised with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The location of the hotel in El Paso is magnificent, just next door to amazing restaurants, the Chiquaquas/Diablos baseball park and the downtown area of El Paso which is surrounded by beautiful historic buildings.

The room on the 12th floor had a clean and cozy city view. The rooftop pool offered beautiful scenery. The staff was amazing, providing valet parking and friendly service. The comfortable bed was the best part, along with the phenomenal breakfast at the ground floor restaurant.

Overall an excellent stay for two nights. Fairly clean hotel, light rooms, magnificent and ideal location to a concert in Abraham Chávez Theatre. Central heating, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location adjacent to El Paso and the downtown area and the restaurant.

Looking for a nice, reasonably-priced hotel downtown for the night before catching a flight home the next day.

Front desk personnel were very accommodating, courteous, and professional. I felt like they really cared about whether my wife and I stayed there or not. They were very helpful. The over-all feel and look of the hotel was very satisfying - hip and modern in a quaint sort of way without feeling cold. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The shower was particularly roomy and enjoyable. They also allowed for a later check-out which meant a lot to us since we wanted to walk around downtown (we had no car) and didn't want to arrive earlier than we had to in order to catch our flight later that afternoon. My wife particularly liked the hotel. I definitely made some brownie points with her! We would gladly stay here again if we travel to El Paso. Thank you for a great experience!

The location of Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown, An Ihg Hotel is ideal for easy access to the public library. I was happy to find a Hearing Accessible room with WiFi, excellent lighting, and even had the bonus of champagne. The pool at the hotel was enjoyable, and I had a great time sipping on delicious drinks at the pool bar.

Everything was great, the parking was on-site, the room was stylish. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. And there was an exceptional view of downtown. The location was decent, within easy walking distance of an art museum.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.
